Welcoming a new baby into your family is one of life’s most beautiful moments, and capturing those first sweet days with professional photography is something you’ll cherish forever. At Kate Buckles Photography, we offer several newborn session options to fit your needs, style, and vision.

Traditional Studio Newborn Session – Most Popular!

This session is perfect for parents who love the classic, posed newborn style with beautiful props and wraps.

• Session Length: 1-2 hours (allowing time for feeding and outfit changes)

• Props & Wraps: We provide everything! You can also bring any special items you'd like included. Check out our prop closet for inspiration!

• Outfits & Colors: Baby will be wrapped in 3 different styles, plus an outfit or naked option. You choose the colors and props.

• Family & Sibling Photos: Parents and siblings are welcome to join! (Extended family like grandparents can be added for an additional fee.)

• Location: Our cozy studio near Paseo & Coors.

• Photos: At least 40 fully edited images in an online gallery with print rights.

• Investment: $650 ($50 due at booking, remainder due at session)

  
  

Mini Studio Newborn Session – A Simple & Sweet Option

For parents who want a shorter session focused solely on the baby, this is the perfect option!

• Session Length: 1 hour

• Props & Wraps: Baby will be wrapped in 3 styles—no outfits or naked poses.

• Outfits & Colors: We choose colors based on your preference questionnaire.

• Location: Our studio near Paseo & Coors.

• Photos: At least 20 fully edited images in an online gallery with print rights.

• Investment: $515 ($50 due at booking, remainder due at session)

  
  

Lifestyle Newborn Session – A Candid, At-Home Experience

For those who prefer a more natural, relaxed feel, this in-home session captures the love and connection of your growing family.

• Session Length: 1 hour

• Props & Poses: Includes 2 props (see prop options), with an emphasis on candid, natural moments rather than posed shots.

• Family & Sibling Photos: These are the focus, along with baby’s sweet solo moments.

• Location: Your home! A small travel fee may apply for areas outside Albuquerque/Rio Rancho.

• Photos: At least 40 fully edited images in an online gallery with print rights.
